For several months the London Borough of Waltham Forest and their Newlyn Bailiffs sent all of their parking tickets against Ola Yemi who was a mentally ill young adult to 11 Terrace Road where he has NEVER lived, instead of 54 Terrace Road, that eventually created a £514 debt.

On 3rd October 2022, Ola Yemi began court proceedings against both of them.

On 26th October 2022, Ola Yemi was killed by an Amazon driver who then proceeded to video him whilst he was still under the van, before posting it onto the internet, as if he were a contract killer.

The Coroner has now decided that all future inquests are to be held in SECRET and that the British Public will no longer be allowed to attend or receive any Zoom or Microsoft Teams links or codes for the Hearings.

Since October 2023, Ola Yemi’s father has repeatedly requested from the Coroner copies of the internal and external Amazon vans video and that the London Borough of Waltham Forest, Newlyn Bailiffs, Anthony Hall and the Amazon driver attend the Hearings, but the Coroner has constantly chosen to protect them by repeatedly refusing this request.

To avoid them coming to Inquest, the Coroner cancelled the Full Inquest 8 times and now he has decided that he will go ahead with the 22nd & 23rd April 2024, without any of them making an appearance. In so doing, this has created great bias, unfairness and prejudice against Ola Yemi and you the British Public.

Worst still, there is a very serious conflict of interest, as the Waltham Forest Coroners are paid for by the London Borough of Waltham Forest, who Ola Yemi was suing.

Furthermore on 13th February 2024, issued his father with a ‘Contempt of Court Order’, whereby he attempted to send him to prison for 51 weeks.

Had the father not enlisted the services of Imran Khan & Partners, who are the Law firm who supported Doreen Lawrence in her pursuit of justice for Stephen Lawrence, Ola Yemi’s father would have served the full 51 week jail sentence.
